Andrew Nowocien
General Manager
Andrew moved to Coastal North Carolina in 2020 while serving as a CH-53E helicopter pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps. Now a licensed general contractor, he brings years of construction experience and a detail-driven mindset to every project. As he puts it, "Construction planning is just flight planning in slow motion." In 2022, he oversaw the full restoration of a 1901 home in Burgaw.
Lauren Nowocien
Lead Interior Designer
Lauren began her career in GEICO's management development program, gaining experience in customer service, contract review, and leadership. After becoming a licensed homeowners insurance agent, she transitioned to real estate in 2020. Now with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolina Premier Properties, she's a recognized top producer and continues to grow her skills in interior design through renovation projects.
Billy Trybuskiewicz
Marketing Director
Billy is passionate about Jesus and helping people. At Now Renovations he feels truly able to make a difference. With 3 years of experience in the building department at Lowe's Home Improvement, years working with handymen, and a certificate in digital marketing from UNC Chapel Hill, Billy brings a diverse background to the role of marketing director and project manager. Known for a service first mentality and dedication to Excellence service and faith is always happy to connect.
Karla Pascua
Administrative Assistant
Karla is a former military spouse who plays a vital role in managing the behind-the-scenes operations that keep the business running efficiently. She oversees tasks such as scheduling inspections, filing permits, coordinating billing and change orders using Buildertrend software, and handling a wide range of administrative duties essential to daily operations.

Now Renovations has $1,000,000 liability coverage so that you can sleep easy at night. Now Renovations also has a worker’s compensation policy that covers all sub-contractors used. Andrew Nowocien acquired his general contractor’s license in May of 2023, license number 100801. This business is truly licensed and insured.
