Why Do People Call Us?
Normally, outdated space is the cause. Check out some of our featured projects and see how we've helped others below.
Kitchen Remodel in Wilmington, NC
A client wanted to extend their galley kitchen but they had a hot water heater on the other side of a partition wall. We were able to remove the partition wall and then "hide" the hot water heater in a set of full length cabinets that ran from the floor to the ceiling. This concealed the water heater behind cabinet doors and also added some extra shelf space above the water heater without sacrificing access to the appliance.
Bathroom Remodel in Hampstead, NC
A client had an outdated space from the 1970s. They had paneling on the walls and popcorn ceilings throughout. The kitchen was very small and cramped. To accomodate Now Renovations installed all new cabinets, opened the walls between the kitchen and living room by adding pass throughs and adding an island with a range and hanging island range hood. This created a feeling of more space in the home with a more modern open concept.
Exterior Remodel in Surf City, NC
A client had several needs for updating their beach side home for their mother. They wanted a roof over their front porch, to paint the exterior of their home and update their shower. The home had galvanized steel piping and a leak in the sidewalk. We uprooted the sidewalk and made the repairs for the leak and needed special fittings to transition from the galvanized steel to pex piping for the new shower valve. We built a beautiful and structurally sound overhang, and added furring strips over the T1-11 siding to make the exterior look like the more modern board and batten siding that is being installed on many new homes in the area.
