BLUF: Overall they did good work and remodeled our bathroom to the look that we desired. They also repaired rot in our subfloor. I would recommend this company. My wife and I sought out 4 other contractors initially who all came out to our house and told us they would get us a quote. We were stood up by all 4 companies either in giving us a quote or starting the job. NOW Renovations came out and got us a quote fairly quickly. Andrew and his team were responsive to my feedback and allowed me to be as involved in the remodel as I wanted to be. They helped me get the cost down closer to our budget without compromising on quality. Aaron managed the project for Andrew and was always patient with my questions and requests. Any mistakes were fixed promptly and without issue. Only notable frustration was that it took about two months for the job to get done due to subcontracting issues. However, I would still use Andrew and his team again.

I recently worked with Andrew on a renovation of a rental property. Work was completed in a timely manner and communication was great. He was also mindful about working within my budget.

These built-ins were perfect for the space! He was very professional and the craftmanship was top notch.
Andrew and his team did a wonderful job painting my new office & studio space. They also updated the flooring & mirror in the bathroom, giving it a much needed refresh from the 90s!

I had a leak in my closet that ruined my carpet. Andrew and his team did an amazing job removing the carpet, repainting, installing new floors and even fixing my clothing rack that I paid another handyman way too much to repair. I would definitely hire him again. He’s fairly priced, communicative, punctual and an overall outstanding professional. Thanks Andrew.

Andrew is very professional and reliable. He has tiled our kitchen backsplash beautifully, as well as installed light fixtures, redone our front entry way, put in new flooring and is even helping us plan out several more projects to complete soon. I won't trust anyone else with our home renovations - big or small!

Kitchen Remodel in Wilmington, NC

A client wanted to extend their galley kitchen but they had a hot water heater on the other side of a partition wall. We were able to remove the partition wall and then "hide" the hot water heater in a set of full length cabinets that ran from the floor to the ceiling. This concealed the water heater behind cabinet doors and also added some extra shelf space above the water heater without sacrificing access to the appliance.

Bathroom Remodel in Hampstead, NC

A client had an outdated space from the 1970s. They had paneling on the walls and popcorn ceilings throughout. The kitchen was very small and cramped. To accomodate Now Renovations installed all new cabinets, opened the walls between the kitchen and living room by adding pass throughs and adding an island with a range and hanging island range hood. This created a feeling of more space in the home with a more modern open concept.

Exterior Remodel in Surf City, NC

A client had several needs for updating their beach side home for their mother. They wanted a roof over their front porch, to paint the exterior of their home and update their shower. The home had galvanized steel piping and a leak in the sidewalk. We uprooted the sidewalk and made the repairs for the leak and needed special fittings to transition from the galvanized steel to pex piping for the new shower valve. We built a beautiful and structurally sound overhang, and added furring strips over the T1-11 siding to make the exterior look like the more modern board and batten siding that is being installed on many new homes in the area.
